Refunds policy

You as a shopper has the right to cancel within seven days of contracting with us, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). You must also explain that if you do cancel your order, we will have your payment returned on receipt of goods which were purchased from us.
To return goods, please call us on 02036090247 and get a return approval code which must be entered on returned goods parcel.
Please note we will refund agreed cost of delivery of returned goods at cost and by prior agreement.
